Ueto Squad was an elite clone commando unit, and was part of the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. This unit was named after the the planet S'Ueto in the Unknown Regions. The squad was famous for their inability to work together. They all resented each other, and it often lead to schisms in the team. The squad was put together from the remnants of destroyed squads in the closing days of the Clone Wars, thus saw little action. However, they played a large role in the Galactic Empire's early campaigns, fighting on Kashyyyk and Neimoidia.

The squad was famous for their inability to work together. They all resented each other, and it often lead to schisms in the team. The squad was put together from the remnants of destroyed squads in the closing days of the Clone Wars, thus saw little action. However, they played a large role in the Galactic Empire's early campaigns, fighting on Kashyyyk and Neimoidia. At the battle of Neimoidia, they team was tasked with the capture of Neimoidian leader, Marath Vooro and Sereneth Kav. They infiltrated Nute Gunray's citadel there via an irrigation channel. They made their way up the building, but were discovered by a patrol. They were drawn out into a fire fight, where RC-1273 was killed. The team then escaped via the citadels sewers, and scaling it's walls up to the palace's hangar. However, Kav, whom was fleeing the citadel, was in the hangar with his retinue. Caught by surprise, RC-0992 was shot and flung down the waterfall to his death. RC-7117 and RC-8008 attempted to capture Kav there, but he quickly escaped with his bodyguard. The duo then proceeded to the citadel's spire where Vooro was located. They reached Vooro's personal chamber, and marched in, only to find a dozen Neimoidian Home Defence Legionaris. RC-8008 quickly succumbed to their fire. RC-7117, the squad leader, fell back, only to find a large contingent of Neimoidian reinforcements. Vooro then had him executed.
