A FINA A referee (ret.) with extensive international experience, Dr Bertocci is Dean of Mathematics and Science at Marian College in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr Bertocci is a world respected bio-physicist, author of numerous international research papers on muscle physiology and acknowledged as one of the top researchers in the world on training and competing at altitude. A 20 year college professor, he has extensive experience in on line learning and curriculum development. His water polo career has spanned 30 years as both a player and an international referee, refereeing at NCAA Championships, International professional and Olympic events as well as the FINA World Championships.
