They've got their staff dining and commissary carrying the usual Italian stuff, and (I would think) some German delicacies. Plus they're right smack in the middle of Rome, Italy with all its grocery and dining options. There happens to be an excellent sandwich shop at 15 Via della Fornaci, right outside the wall and just south of the circle.
