Escaping Abstergo In July 2005,Ray was rescued by his father,who hacked into the main boss's computer and disabled Ray's Animus.The two then sneaked up behind the main boss,and Ray stabbed him.Then the two ran away,stealing the Abstergo car.Ray was then inducted into the Assassin order at the hideout in Montreal,Canada. First target In August 2005,Daniel told Ray that a Canadian man,Dave Roberts,had been secretly plotting with the Templars.The young assassin followed his target,eavesdropping on his conversation,then,when his target was vulnerable,he stabbed him. Father's Death On Boxing Day 2005,Daniel went missing.His son and the other assassins went out to find him.They found him,laid down with a knife pressed to his throat.The criminal told them to not move,or he'll slit Daniel's throat.Ray refused and ran to speed assassinate the man.The criminal then cut Daniel's throat and Ray immediately stopped Last conversation with father Daniel:Why did you move?You could have rescued me. Ray:I could,but I couldn't look at that knife pressed to your throat Daniel:Oh Ray*weakly*,you still have so much to learn*groans then dies* Father's funeral On 27 December 2005,1 day after Daniel's death,Ray gave him a funeral.The body was dressed in grave clothes,and was buried behind the hideout. Avenging his father On 5 February 2006,17 year old Ray had to relive the memories of his ancestor Sergio Andrea in the Animus 1.23,but after completing the 3rd sequence,he couldn't relive more.He got up from the Animus and found out the Bleeding Effect worked.He could climb,run and kill like Sergio,and got eagle vision.While training,he was attacked by a Templar agent.The skills he learned,plus the rage of his father's death,made him succeed the fight with bare fists. Completing Sergio's story Since the fight,Ray relived the rest of Sergio's memories.The Assassins were attacked by templars later on.Because of completing Sergio's life,Ray learned how to counter,stun and disarm. etc.
