The title Conte di Meimum is a title of Nobility in Malta. It was created in 1794 by the penultimate Grandmaster of the Order of Saint John during its rule over the Maltese Islands. It was only granted for life, specifically " Tibi Magnifico ac Nobili Saverio Marchesi tantum". This title is extinct. However, the descendants (if any) of the grantee may be entitled to precedence. Since 1975, titles of nobility are no longer recognized in the Republic of Malta by Act 29 of 1975 dated 17 October 1975.
