On the second level of Candlekeep Library you're greeted by a strange figure named Koveras, he says he used to work for Gorion, and is very eager to help you by giving you his ring, he seems to know a little too much of the details of Gorion's passing... This ring is one of the possible importables into Shadows of Amn campaign, and can be found a room north of the three dryads on Irenicus's Dungeon 1st Floor should you choose to do so, however, it doesn't have any special property beyond being a normal Ring of the Princes.
