Khat'sara is the Leuian word equal to Human wife or husband, however it only happens once in a Leuians lifetime. The Goddess Rinanni promised the Leuians that since their love for one another was so strong that not even death will seperate khat'saras, for they will be reunited in the afterlife. Leuians love their 'Saras so much that it is not unusual for a Leuian to die after hearing about the death of their 'Sara. Divorce or re-marraige is non-existant in Leuian society, both are looked upon as a great dishonor and will cause the Leiuan to be outcasted and no longer considered Leuian by the rest of the race.
