  • The Pursuer (残心 Zanshin) is a divine Yumi that is exclusive to Fire Emblem Fates. The most powerful Yumi to appear in the game, the Pursuer can only be wielded by well-trained Snipers, boasting a whopping Might of 22, alongside a substantial boost to its wielder's Critical rate and has a built-in Darting Blow ability, giving the user a +5 effective battle speed when initiating an attack. The Pursuer does come with several drawbacks, including lowering their Defense and Resistance by 5. However, as Yumis give +2 Resistance when wielded, this is changed to -5 Defense and -3 Resistance. It also drops the user's Evasion slightly, and enemies get a +5 effective battle speed when they attack the wielder. These negative effects mean that the Pursuer is best given to either a character with significant life, defense, and resistance, or is placed well away from danger. The Pursuer is designed with a carving of the mythical Kinshi embellishing the top section of the bow and a likeness of the sun gracing the bottom.
