| - Mary: Hey Constantine! Constantine: Hello everyone. Jon: How have you been? Constantine: Very good thanks, and you guys? Drake: We have been doing well. April: What are you doing in Tapu Village? Constantine: I am here because of the legend of Tapu Bulu. Jon: Tapu Bulu? Constantine: The guardian of Ula'ula Island. Jon: Ah ok. Rotom-Dex: Tapu Bulu, the Land Spirit Pokemon. Tapu Bulu is a Grass and Fairy Type. It pulls large trees up by the roots and swings them around. It causes vegetation to grow, and then it absorbs energy from the growth. Drake: What does the legend say? Constantine: Well there is a legend saying the guardian got angry and destroyed this village. Jon: What? Mary: Why would Tapu Bulu want to destroy a village? Constantine: Apparently the people here angered the guardian somehow and the guardian attacked the people who lived here and then levelled the ground. April: It's not like a guardian that I know of. Tapu Koko and Tapu Lele didn't do this. Drake: I'm not sure what Tapu Bulu has done or wanted to do. Constantine: I'm not completely sure. Mary: Aren't the Tapu's meant to look after the island they protect? Constantine: Meant to, yes. Jon: But when you anger someone, you can't expect them not to retaliate. Constantine: But to destroy a whole village doesn't seem like the best way to do it. Drake: How many people lived here? ???: There was at least 50 houses here. Constantine: And who are you? Jack: I'm Jack, I used to live here. Jon: I'm Jon, this is Drake, April and Mary. Constantine: And I'm Constantine. Mary: What do you mean there used to be? Jack: As the legend states, Tapu Bulu decided to attack the village because most of the people living here where taking advantage of the guardians protection. Jon: I see. Constantine: I'm not understanding everything here. How come a few people made Tapu Bulu get completely angry. Jack: Every time Tapu Bulu helped one of us out, the other people got jealous. April: And so Tapu Bulu got very annoyed and then destroyed the village once it saw what everyone have done. Jack: Exactly. Jon: So basically, don't anger Tapu Bulu. Jack: However, Tapu Bulu hasn't been seen since it destroyed the village a long time ago. April: Yet the Pokemon Center is still here. Constantine: The Pokemon Center got built recently, not sure if Tapu Bulu would be happy that there is a Pokemon Center here. Jack: Actually, Tapu Bulu allowed the Pokemon Center to be built here. Mary: Interesting. Jon: But why build a Pokemon Center here? Constantine: There is rumour that the Pokemon League will be placed here. Mary: Then we will be back here soon then. Jon: I didn't know Alola would have a Pokemon League since its all trials. Jack: It was only decided to be built a few months ago. April: Around the same time you arrived at the trainer school Jon. Jon: Hmm, guess so. Drake: So, if Tapu Bulu allows the Pokemon Center and the Pokemon League here, then why won't it allow the village to be rebuilt? Jack: I'm not sure, but Tapu Bulu had to give permission for the Pokemon Center and the Pokemon League to be built here. Mary: So you'd have to get permission of Tapu Bulu to get it built here. Jack: Yep. Jon: Surely Tapu Bulu is nice to the people who are nice to it. Jack: Tapu Bulu showed no mercy that time. Mary: Maybe Tapu Bulu is showing mercy now. Jon: Maybe. Constantine: Everyone deserves second chances or redemption. Jack: Yeah. Right, I need to be off. Jon: It would be awesome if we could meet Tapu Bulu at one point. April: We have met Tapu Koko and Tapu Lele, so it wouldn't surprise me if we meet Tapu Bulu too. Mary: Well Jon has battled both Tapu Lele and Tapu Koko. Constantine: You battled both of them?! Jon: Sure did. Drake: But with the legends of Tapu Bulu, I'm wondering if meeting Tapu Bulu is a good idea. Constantine: What was that? Jon: Could be anything. Mary: Whoa! Jon: Tapu Bulu! Constantine: Whoa. Mary:Tapu Bulu seems to be very interested in you. Jon: Yep. Constantine: Another trial you have to beat to battle Tapu Bulu? Jon: No. This time Tapu Bulu didn't challenge me, but it did look at me like it was questioning me or something. Drake: Weird. Constantine: Tapu's always have a way of knowing as what is going to happen I think. Mary: I know we will find out later. Jon: Yes, yes we will. Constantine: Right, well I'm off. I need to get some things prepared, but next time we meet Jon, let's battle. Jon: You got it. Drake: So, where to next? Mary: After staying at the Pokemon Center over night, there is a Pokemon house near by. April: And also, there is the trial site nearby. Jon: So either the trial or the Pokemon house? Mary, you choose. Mary: Wait, really? Jon: Yeah, what do we do next? Mary: Pokemon House. Drake: Right, Pokemon House it is and then Pokemon Trial! Jon: Right, let's get some sleep then. Narrator: Our heroes arrived at Tapu Village and learned the history of the area and also found out the Pokemon League is going to be there. Now our heroes are heading to sleep after meeting Constantine and Tapu Bulu.
