Kirk Nielsen (born October 19, 1973 in Grand Rapids, Minnesota) is a retired American professional ice hockey player. He played 6 games in the NHL with the Boston Bruins during the 1997–98 season. He is the younger brother of Jeff Nielsen. He played for Harvard University from 1992 to 1996. Drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1994 NHL Supplemental Draft, he never signed with the team. Instead he signed as a free agent with the Boston Bruins in 1996.
