There are many enemies in the area, so a frontal assault can be difficult. A good tactic is to attack stealthily at night. This place is also a faction mission location where the special forces team winds up if your subvert it with a buddy. It's also a buddy mission buddy mission location where the car dealer is hiding. If coming in to the place from the top of the hill, there will be a guard on a platform about halfway down who has a Rocket Launcher and could prove a big threat if you are not paying attention, so it is wise to take him out first.
