In 1983 at the age of 46 he plotted to have Birkin killed but it failed however when william fully aware of what Eli planned to do managed to convince the hitman to stop.in 1987 at the age of 50 he created the RL virus and fed it to Omar Hicks it killed him taking sadistic pleasure he pissed on the dead corpse.In 1998 he experienced Birkin's death he felt happy when william died
