Get it right, and get people to add stuff and be reviewed by their peers for accuracy. We may get it wrong some of the time, but eventually here it will be right. As the community grows, it will get better. I am a systems engineer for a large UK university, and between myself and the rest of my team we have a very wide knowledge of PC and server problems and solutions. Not to mention best practices. We will endeavour to create the basis of a wide-ranging and useful community.
