Victoria Lorne Peta Borwick née Poore (born 26 April 1956), known as Lady Borwick since 2007, is a Conservative Party politician. The only child of Dennistoun Poore, she married Jamie Borwick in 1981. In 2007 her husband inherited his father's title to become 5th Baron Borwick and she became "Lady Borwick". In 2000 she was on the Conservative Party list for a "London-wide" seat on the London Assembly election but was not elected. In 2002 she was elected to Kensington and Chelsea Council as a councillor representing Abingdon Ward.

In 2000 she was on the Conservative Party list for a "London-wide" seat on the London Assembly election but was not elected. In 2002 she was elected to Kensington and Chelsea Council as a councillor representing Abingdon Ward. She sought the Conservative nomination for Mayor of London in both 2004 and 2008 but was not selected. She was elected to the London Assembly as a London-wide member in 2008 under the "top-up" party list system. She was appointed Deputy Mayor of London. At the general election in May 2015 she was elected member of parliament for Kensington. She resigned as Deputy Mayor and in September 2015 vacated her seat on the assembly, which passed to Kemi Badenoch.
