Henry Keylock (1836-2 May 1908) was a builder and socialist politician active in the Deptford area. Born in Wiltshire, he was the son of James Keylock, a miller, and his wife Sarah nee Howse. Henry became a carpenter, and by 1859 was living in Deptford, where he married Anne Philmore. By 1881 he had changed his occupation to oil colourman. Labour Progressive Party Member of the London County Council 1892-5 for Deptford. With the creation of Deptford Borough Council he became an alderman.
