In the next couple of weeks the war started and many battles happened on different battlegrounds across the galaxy. Jonathan led a squadron of ARCs from the Rancor Contingent who remained loyal to the true Empire (Nationalists), and fought long side the newly created shock troops, the Imperial Internal troopers. They were created as the basic Imperial units due to the issue that most of the storm and clone troopers were part of the Loyalists.

Jonathan led a squadron of ARCs from the Rancor Contingent who remained loyal to the true Empire (Nationalists), and fought long side the newly created shock troops, the Imperial Internal troopers. They were created as the basic Imperial units due to the issue that most of the storm and clone troopers were part of the Loyalists. Jonathan was then ordered to lead a strike team to Bastion, located in an area of Nationalist controlled sectors, because of a hostage crisis started by Loyalist terrorists. Him and his ARCs were onboard a gunship. After a short flight from their capitol ship, they landed near a civilian spaceport terminal, where the Loyalists have taken hostages. The building was circled by a wall of Internal troops with riot shields. Jonathan and his ARCs broke into the building and opened fire, killing the terrorists at the entrance. Internal troops followed them, and a few stayed at each key location they captured. After a while, they made their way up stairs into the main office where the hostages were held. The terrorists were standing near windows, and snipers took them out, and the troops secured the hostages.
