Kasui Ninjin (Spike Carrot, 花穂人参, Ninjin Kasui) was a shinobi from Kirigakure and one of Sora Kanpa's seven students, whom he eventually bestowed the title of The Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, and entrusted them with his treasured swords. Kasui, entrusted with Samehada, became a monstrous warrior with the weapon, a titan that stood tall. Fame followed him, and he became known as Carnivore of the Mist and the Titan of Samehada. As part of the first generation of Kiri ninja swordsmen, he helped set the stage and standards for shinobi later to come.
