In May, 1967, George Decker and Louise, purchased The Silver Skillet restaurant in Atlanta. George successfully operated the restaurant for 21 years until his passing in 1988. Teresa, his daughter, having grown up in the business, continues the traditions of dedication to good service and good Southern food. They serve potatoes 9 different ways, shredded, sauteed, scalloped, baked, broiled, mashed, whipped, grilled, roasted and fried.
