Salicia was a Dragon Master during the Turning War. A tiny woman, her incredible power belied her diminutive figure. She was killed during the casting of the spell of Final Winter. When the band of wizards realized the horror they had unleashed, Salicia attempt to satiate the spell with her own power, but was consumed instead. Her death, paradoxically and disturbingly, gave strength to the other Dragon Masters, allowing them to end the horror. Even halted, the result of their actions was the Barren Lands.
