The 0.19 release adds to Chapter 3 the prospect of more bespoke equipment that requires collecting ingredients in the same way as Aka's Knife did. So far almost all of the ingredients are unobtainable, but the party members who requested them seem to have a good idea of what they'd like to have. Wishlist items are marked in italics below and don't have official names yet.
