Instead of engaging in open conflict with their enemies, they prefer to use espionage and sabotage to weaken their enemies before committing a fleet to wipe them out. They often feel wary toward other species as they are known to spy on their neighbors constantly. This natural paranoia reinforces their inclination towards espionage. However these intelligence gathering can also lead to alliances being broken, as they often question the intentions of their allies. For these reasons Ketarovs are often seen as unreliable. Ketarovs usually prefer Earth-like worlds or hot swamps worlds.
