Dandridge is the largest city in the Kingdom of Washingtonia and the capital of the Province of South Island. Named after the first Queen Consort Martha's common birth last name "Dandridge", the city was established on 28 April 1800, making it one of the oldest in the Kingdom. The city is located on South Island's eastern coast at the mouth of the Dandridge River, within the Dandridge Metropolitan District. The city is jointly administered by the City Manager, who is elected by the Dandridge City Council and the hereditary Baron of Dandridge, who also has some legislative and judicial powers.
