Details: After abusing his own children, Art Silva was arrested by police in 1984. He was released after five years in prison, however he violated parole by living next door to a minor and ordered to move. He was not allowed to be with his girlfriend and new daughter, but he did anyway. The baby had to be given away along with her other children, but his girlfriend was pregnant again. He and his girlfriend disappeared soon after. Extra Notes: The case was featured as a part of the September 25, 1991 episode. Results: Captured.
