Quick-clone forms are blank 'bodies' made from graphite fiber which are arranged in the form of bone, organs, muscle groups. The purpose of a form is to guide the growth of a genetic construct as the cells cluster on the fibers. As a result, quick-clone forms can have a viable clone or construct up and running within a few hours. They'll melt the second they take any traumatic damage, but they'll still be up and running.
