Deelers are enemies from Zelda II: The Adventure of Link. These spider-like monsters come in multiple colors, with the blue version being stronger than the red version. Deelers live in the branches of trees in forests and descend from the trees on a silky thread to attack. While red Deelers retreat back into the trees immediately after an attack, blue Deelers stay on the ground, hopping around to attack their prey. Deelers of both colors appear in both western and eastern Hyrule, but the Deelers in eastern Hyrule are significantly stronger.

- Le Deeler (ディーラ Dīra) est un ennemi qui ressemble à une araignée qui apparait dans The Adventure of Link. leftleftLe Deeler attaque Link au bout d'un fil d'araignée. Il peut plus facilement être tué avec un coup d'épée ou un coup de rayon de vie. Cet ennemi reste caché dans les arbres jusqu'à ce que Link, (ou tout hylien d'ailleurs), vienne passer sous son arbre. Le Deeler attaque du dessus en tombant sur Link. L'espèce bleue de Deeler est plus forte, et descend sur le sol pour attaquer en bondissant.

Son unas arañas que acechan en el techo y lanzan telarañas a quien pase por debajo de ellos, para luego bajar hasta ella con un hilo de telaraña en su abdomen. Si Link es atrapado por una telaraña, debe escapar de ella para evitar ser golpeado por el Deeler y atacarle con la Espada para eliminarlo. Se puede correr rápidamente sobre un Deeler para evitar ser atrapado por la telaraña y golpearle cuando baje. Hay dos tipos: el normal, de color rojo, y el azul, que es más fuerte y resistente que el rojo, y tras soltarse de su telaraña ataca desde el suelo.

- Deelers can most easily be slain by by shooting them with ranged weaponry. Red Deelers are somewhat cowardly, and will stay concealed on the ceiling until prey comes wandering by. Once the unwary prey comes beneath it, the Deeler will let webs fall on the passer-by and then drop down to finish the victim. If a person is caught in a Red Deeler's webs, he must break out and slash the Deeler before it retreats back to the sealing.

If such prey breaks out of the Blue Deeler's webbing, the Deeler will not retreat and will attempt to pin it's prey and bite it. The Blue Deeler is covered in tougher chitin, and must be defeated by striking its underbelly when it rears up to attack.
