Shlajkai III (3818-3912) was the Khan of Jelbania, serving from 3887 to 3912 following the restoration of the monarchy. He seized power in a military coup in August 3886 following the collapse of a minority Luthoricised minority regime. A full General, the Khan served in the Great Jelbek Horde from 3841 to 3886 and was also a Beije (minor chieftain) of the Vrn Clan. He ruled the country till he was stripped of his political role during the formation of the Third Union in 3911. He died a year later at his home in Vrnestrap, Nemawar, survived by his Khatun Klune, 17 lesser wives and 96 children - 24 sons and 72 daughters.
