Description	I hear that Rook Reynolds in Steamport City is often on Pustosser duty collecting their tails. Maybe you've helped him out in the past with these? To be honest, I think Commander Carter asks for the tails just to prove that Reynolds isn't slacking off. He didn't seem to have a use for them, so he dropped a bunch off with me to help with my research. :... :After I started studying the tails, I noticed that some of them were a bit different from the others, and got wondering if there were some Pugcrawler tails mixed in with the bunch.
