This is english translation of an article in russian - "international" versioon for everyone, no matter what language does he or she talk. Sorry for my bad english. Today many courses in Germany are "non-free" - you have to pay for them. I've read a brochure with all courses listed available for the city where i live - there is no one free course in German language. The halfth of courses in the Russian language is free. I think it is an enough good matter not to visit a lot courses, generally the onyl kind of courses you need are integration courses, or if you can't visit them - at least language courses. Everything else is just a lot of bla-bla-bla with no or almost no useful information. If you want to learn something, study at earnest schools or at home with books.
