The Dragonic Chakra is a feature in all members of the Ryuuga Clan. It was brought about by a random change in DNA by the clan's ancestor when the Sage Of Six Paths was spreading the word of his new ideal world, and when the chakra was passed onto him the Sage saw a power which could take on Shinjuu with training, discipline and perseverance. The special thing about the Dragonic Chakra is that it allows the user to manipulate chakra more freely, as the use of this chakra is connected to one's purpose at a given moment, giving the user an almost living power inside them.

To use the Dragonic Chakra, one has to tap into their mind. The Ryuuga Clan live in a mountain up north of the Lightning Country. The mountain they resided on was called Mount Arashimaru, the peak of storms. It is said that once one could control the wind, the lightning, or the heat with no hand seals, their Dragonic Chakra reserve was active. The Dragonic Chakra gives the user heightened speed and immense strength. The neurons in their brain dash around even faster, causing their brain and reflexes to move faster. Their stamina is boosted by a great deal, as a warrior from this clan survived for 4 days against a battalion of men. The colour of their chakra changes to a rainbow-like colour as seen in the picture. They become masters of their nature affinities, but the rarer the affinity, the more chakra it consumes. The special thing about the Dragonic Chakra is that it allows the user to manipulate chakra more freely, as the use of this chakra is connected to one's purpose at a given moment, giving the user an almost living power inside them. This Kekkei Genkai also allows the user to use the Dragonic Fist, a form of Taijutsu where the user is coated in armour of the Dragonic Chakra and the colour of the armour changes based on their affinity. Fire style users have red, wind style users have neon green, and lightning style users have blue. At it's highest form, the user is granted a Doujutsu, Ryuugan (Dragon's Eye) which doubles the previously listed perspective skills and the ability to summon a chakra dragon with a similar power level to the Tailed Beasts.
