Madiba(VWM158) was born in the Whiskers in October 30, 2010. His mother was Ella and his father most likely was Thundercat. He was born in a litter of four, his litter-mates were his one brother Ernesto(VWM159) and his two sisters named Treva The Renewer(VWF161) and Nanageddon(VWF160). All four pups survived their first month and started foraging with the adults. Sadly in May 2011 his sister Nanageddon died at six months old. The following month Ella lost domiance and her daughter Enili became the new dominant female of the Whiskers. Madiba and his two remaining litter-mates reached their first birthday. As an adult meerkat Madiba started to help out around the mob by babysitting and caring for the new pups and taking up guard duties while the Whiskers were out foraging. He soon to rove at

In November Madiba went roving again. In March 2012 Enili and his sister Treva gave birth to four pups. Within the same month Madiba sadly died leaving Treva the Renewer and Ernesto as the last of his litter-mates.
