951 Deerbrook Avenue was the address of a house in Georgetown, Washington, D.C. where Senator Blaine Mayer lived during Day 7. At 9:20pm, after Blaine Mayer was rescued from Benjamin Juma's siege at the White House, a driver took him to his home. After he entered and activated the alarm, he noticed someone else was inside. As he approached his office, Jack Bauer ordered him to show his hands and give him access to his files on the Starkwood investigation. After Jack saw the files and told Mayer about how someone at Starkwood might've been working with Juma, Mayer agreed to help Jack.

After Jack saw the files and told Mayer about how someone at Starkwood might've been working with Juma, Mayer agreed to help Jack. At around 9:40pm, someone alleging to be a D.C. police officer knocked on the door. Mayer convinced Jack to surrender himself but when Mayer opened, he was shot and killed by John Quinn. After Jack ran away from the home, Larry Moss and his FBI team arrived and found Mayer's body. Larry then ordered a sweep throughout the neighborhood, but they couldn't find Jack. ("Day 7: 9:00pm-10:00pm") As the FBI inspected the house, there was evidence of a third party at the house at the moment of Mayer's death. As Larry kept investigating, he started believing Jack was right. ("10:00pm-11:00pm")
