Reconstructionist Judaism is one branch of Jewish religious practice. While emphasizing personal choice and willingness to change from traditional practice, Reconstructionist Jews tend to keep many of those traditional practices. One key difference from Orthodox sects is the willingness to have women take part in leading a congregation or religious service.
