The Alliance of Dutch Voters (Esperanto: Alianco de Nederlandaj Voĉdonantoj, ANV) was a major political party in Bijan from the 1940s until the mid-1990s. Despite its small membership and never capturing more than seven percent of the vote in any general election in which it competed, the ANV was extremely well-funded and well organized, and yielded influence beyond what its electoral results would indicate. For its entire existence, owing to its Dutch roots, it was identified by the colour orange.

abstract	The Alliance of Dutch Voters (Esperanto: Alianco de Nederlandaj Voĉdonantoj, ANV) was a major political party in Bijan from the 1940s until the mid-1990s. Despite its small membership and never capturing more than seven percent of the vote in any general election in which it competed, the ANV was extremely well-funded and well organized, and yielded influence beyond what its electoral results would indicate. For its entire existence, owing to its Dutch roots, it was identified by the colour orange. The ANV's political apex came after the 1973 general election, in which it won 10 of the 173 seats and was a junior member in Lansen Naprem's Social Democratic Party-led minority government, which governed Bijan from 1973 to 1977. The Liberal Democratic Party's coalition outsted the Naprem Government after its first term at the 1977 general election, sending the ANV and its partners back to opposition. The ANV suffered its worst electoral result ever, however, in 1981, when it ended only 8,500 votes short of four-percent national threshold to be awarded leveling seats, leaving it with just two representatives from Hadar and one each from Kijuri and Olvek. The ANV rebounded at the subsequent election in 1985, winning 4.8% of the vote and 9 seats. Despite remaining a viable and stable political party in its own right well into the 1990s, the ANV merged with four other Bijani parties to form the left wing Together For Bijan in 1995. From 1995 until 1997, Together for Bijan members in the House of Representatives maintained their distinct party group status in the House itself, but then contested the 1997 general election together as a single party. After the convocation of the 13th Bijani House of Representatives, the ANV was re-registered as a political party on its own request, but continues as a non-governmental organization and faction within Together for Bijan.
