Charles Pascall (15 July 1853-12 December 1851) was a businessman and local politician active in the Hammersmith area. Born in Lambeth, he was the son of Henry Pascall and Sarah Roker. He was educated at St Paul’s Church School, Hammersmith, before entering business in 1874. He bought a number of confectionery businesses in Middlesex, Surrey, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, which he amalgamated into Pascall's Limited, one of Britain's largest sweet manufacturers. He died at his home in Ravenscourt Park in 1931, aged 78.

A member of the Worshipful Company of Basketmakers, he was a Freeman of the City of London and a justice of the peace for the County of London. He served as chairman of the Central Unemployed Body for London from 1920 until it work was taken over the London County Council in 1930. He was deeply involved in the municipal affairs of Hammersmith. He served as chairman of the Hammersmith Board of Guardians, and of the board of the West London Hospital. He was aawarded the CBE in 1929. For many years he was an alderman on Hammersmith Borough Council and was twice Mayor of Hammersmith, in 1903-04 and 1925-26. He was granted the honorary freedom of the borough in 1931. He died at his home in Ravenscourt Park in 1931, aged 78.
