Formerly one of the most populous worlds in the Agrippa Sector, Lombara was one of the first worlds, and the only significant one, to fall to Hive Fleet Tyrannicus during its incursion into the sector. Almost immediately prior to its fall there was a sighting of the Golden Child, which was reported by the handful of survivors of the Tyranid destruction of the world.
