The 1995 Busch Clash was a Winston Cup (now Sprint Cup) exhibition for the 1994 pole winners run on February 12 at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida. Dale Earnhardt won his sixth career Clash, leading 18 of 20 laps en route to a convincing victory over Sterling Marlin. Also, this race marked a minor eligibility change for the Clash. In addition to the previous year's Winston Cup pole winners as well as a wild card second-round qualifying winner being eligible, the driver from the Busch Grand National Series who won the most poles was also eligible.
