Yogo Wakako was a shugenja of the Scorpion Clan. She was a tall woman dressed in black and crimson, and wore a mask displaying a crying face. Wakako spoke little, and dreaded those who saw her, because she had the eyes of the dead. The Yogo Curse had hit her, and a moment of inattention led her son died from drowning in a river. Since that day the pain she felt made her to seek her own dead, chasing any perceived threat, whether it be enemies of the Scorpion, criminals, or Shadowlands creatures. Wakako eventually moved to the Nazo Mori region, a disturbing forest where she expected to find her own end.
