| - In the wake of the rumors and the unofficial confirmation that have slipped from Light's Reach during the last week, it is believed by many that the Imperial Tribunal has made a decision - and a few revisions - to the plan to split the Halls of Healing from the Imperial Tribunal and permit them to strike out as an independent Imperial Faction of the Crown. Though this new organization was provisionally planned to be named the Imperial Ordinators, the Imperial Tribunal and the Imperial Crown have instead decided to revive the name of the Imperial Cult, believing that this will reach the consciousness of the general population in far more understandable manner. The veneration of the Light and the plans to license as-currently rogue Priests and Clerics would also seem to fit under this general banner, as too would the motivation to restore the Temples and Shrines, and to offer healing services to the Imperial Watch and the general population who cannot otherwise find a local apothecary or healer. The term of "Knight" has also been dismissed due to the potential confusion it may cause when one considers the Knights-Errant of the Royal Order of the Imperial Crown, and the Imperial Cult will no longer be a segregated affair. Instead, all officers of the Imperial Cult will be known as Ordinators (in contrast to the Agents of the Imperial Tribunal), and will share a uniform of White-Steel Half-Plate. Ordinators who act as "Hospitallers" of the Imperial Cult will be identified by a red variant of the Ivory Steelwood insignia of the Imperial Watch, while those who act as "Templars" will be identified by a black variant instead, with the "Hospitallers" acting as the field apothecaries and healers, and the "Templars" acting as the caretakers of the shrines and temples. The Imperial Cult is expected to fully organize over the next month, and will likely consist of one hundred Ordindators at the time of conception. It is believed that these initial (and perhaps absolute) hundred will be chosen from the existing ranks of the Tribunal in an effort to bring the current standing count down to traditional levels.
