Takenobu Mitsuyoshi (光吉 猛修, Mitsuyoshi Takenobu) is a Japanese composer and voice actor. At Sega, he composed the soundtracks for several games, including Daytona USA (for which he also sang), Virtua Fighter 2, Virtua Fighter Kids, Virtua Fighter 3, and Shenmue. Mitsuyoshi is also a member of the defunct B-univ with former Sega composer Koichi Namiki, with whom he produced two arrange albums based on the Virtua Fighter series. Additionally, Mitsuyoshi has produced two vocal albums based on the second and third games of the series.

As a voice actor, he provided the voice of Akira Yuki in the first Virtua Fighter, and Kage-Maru in every game in the original series. He also sang "Ai ga Tarinaize" the second opening theme for the Virtua Fighter anime, and "Ai wa Tsuienai" the theme song of pachislot spinoff title CR Virtua Fighter which was later incorporated into Virtua Fighter 5 R and Final Showdown as a special ending theme.
