Scott was born in 1979. He lived a happy and rich life with his father in California for 17 years. When he went to High School, he met who was to become his lifetime friend, Leon D. Mathias. They studied together but later moved to different states upon University. Scott's father died during his time at the University. Scott later moved to New York City, getting to know and familiarize the art of firearms by going to shooting ranges on some nights, and going hunting with the newly met James Silas. When James moved to Rocksford, Scott went with him, and to his surprise, James was in the same group as old friend Leon.
