The book covered the band's humble beginnings and eventual rise to prominence, as the trio eventually attracted the favor of crime lord Davik Kang of the Exchange. The amnesiac former Dark Lord of the Sith Revan discovered a draft of Uksaris's memoir in one of the Lower City Apartments on Taris while stranded on the planet shortly before its destruction by the Sith Empire. With the aid of the draft, Revan uncovered the passcode needed to deactivate a holographic security system guarding a crate in the apartment, allowing him to retrieve the package's contents.
