USS Fort Morgan (1863) was a steamer acquired by the Union Navy during the American Civil War. She was used by the Navy as a storeship and in other minor roles. Fort Morgan, a screw steamer, was built in 1863 by S. H. Pook, Fair Haven, Connecticut, as Admiral; purchased 8 January 1864; and commissioned as Admiral 5 February 1864, Acting Volunteer Lieutenant W. B. Eaton in command. She was renamed Fort Morgan 1 September 1864.
