The Neimoidian claimed to be related to an individual by the name of Medd Valii, who had reportedly made a lot of money while alive. According to the Neimoidian, Valii had hid his money in the form of pure gold in the arch of the city Tarko-se on the planet Cato Neimoidia. Upon hearing that, Meborman became thrilled, knowing that it was a great opportunity. At some later point in time, the smuggler and his interest in the alleged gold were recorded in an Imperial investigation of said smuggler.
