  • The most notable feature of the city is the headquarters of the Bamboo Company, a medicine developer and distributer. Ash mentions it is one of the three biggest companies in Ivoire. It is implied that Castile's medicine comes from here. Episode sixteen takes place in this building. Marona visits this place three times in the game. She visits the first time to help a man named Canary find Putty, a rare monster gone loose. When she retrieves Putty, it is revealed that Canary only wanted to capture it. Ringmaster Hamm then appears, claiming the monster to be his, and that it escaped his circus which first took it in. Putty eventually leaves with Hamm. Putty later escapes again, this time on its own, and is found on Marona's island. The second time, she visits to save Hogg, president of Bamboo Co., from being killed by Sulphur's Summon minions, at the behest of Ringmaster Hamm. She does so after fending off Ash's murderer, the Wraith, a second time. The third visit occurs in the alternate storyline, "Another Marona." In this storyline, everyone in the world has been killed except for Marona. The Braves (Marona and company. including Raphael, Sprout, and Walnut.) visit Monetopia to check for survivors since Monetopia is the most populated region in the world of Ivoire.
