A bongo was an aquatic transport vessel used by the Gungan Empire during the Invasion of Utapau. The ship was a shielded electrical generator, as the generator was the only way the Gungans could assure its effectiveness under water. The craft was designed to mimic a species of predatory squid to defend against potential threats, and the tail of the craft rotated as a propeller while attached to the generator. Triangular in shape, the cockpit was protected by a hydrostatic bubble.
