  • Charles Madison Edwards is the 1st Speaker of the Forum of Seattle, and chief founder of the Seattle City State. He is a staunch liberal activist and was the original author behind the Seattle Constitution. During his time in office he has acted as the strongest leader on the Forum and has passed various polices contributing to the creation of Seattle into what some have called, "a Liberal Utopia." Edwards is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and was the owner of a start-up aerospace firm before the Flu. He had worked as a US Congressional page in 2007, and campaigned for various liberal politicians in his home state and in Arizona while he was away at university, before founding Skywalker Astronautics in Moses Lake Washington. When the Boar Flu Pandemic broke out Edwards was lucky enough to be one of the fortunate immune, and made his way to Seattle, knowing that it would be a hub of useful resources for survival. He arrived in 2011 and took refuge from the mobs and madness of Seattle's streets within the Columbia Tower. There he quickly rose to prominence as a salvage, repair, and businessman, eventually becoming someone people looked too to resolve disputes and solve the greatest problems of the tower. In the 2012 when Seattle signed the constitution that Edwards had originally drafted, it was a no contest race for who would become Speaker of the Forum, and Edwards was sworn in on September 1st.
