The Peoples Tramway Company was a streetcar operator in Norwich, Connecticut. In 1898 it took over the Putnam & Thompson Street Railway Co.. In 1902, it was sold to the Worcester & Connecticut Eastern Railway Co., which ultimately (after two renamings) became The Connecticut Company.
