1. Melt white chocolate in double saucepan. Set aside. 2. Whip cream till thick and starting to form very soft peaks. 3. Into cream mix gently stir in sweetened condensed milk. Set aside 4. Sprinkle the gelatine over the hot water, whisk until the gelatine has disolved. 5. Quickly add gelatine & a small amount of the cream/condensed milk mixture to the melted chocolate. Stir until well combined. (you may need to reapply heat to ensure it maintains smooth, creamy texture) 6. Gently fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the remaining cream & condensed milk. 7. Place into serving glasses and refrigerate till firm
