The retinal correction implant was a small biomechanical implant used to improve/correct eyesight. The implant itself ranges from inexpensive for simple correction implants to very expensive to high-quality sight-improvement implants. The top-end implants are adjustable via nerve signals from the brain, and take a large amount of control to use. Once control of the implants are mastered, however, the user was able to adjust the settings to focus on objects close to the user and zoom in (up to 5 times with the best implants) on objects farther away.
