The reason the Constructicons remain Decepticons is that they like being Decepticons. The Robo-Smasher as a device may have had more long-term personality effects, but it’s destroyed now and any subsequent reprogramming by Bombshell or Soundwave (or by Dr. Mindbender’s Brainwave Scanner) are going to be temporary at best. Storm Shadow is a killer because he was trained to be a killer, and without regular BwS sessions he'd eventually return to "normal." Since reprogramming RP in the past have caused a lot of problems on other MU*es, on our MUX it requires Admin staff approval even for temporary TP-related reprogramming. Generally it’s to be avoided and discouraged, and will definitely be denied as a background option for new OC apps. Usually if you have to ask, the answer is no.
